Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our product(s) and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final and we cannot accept refunds, returns or exchanges.

Refunds, returns or exchanges are not accepted if the Customer does not like the product for any reason. Please try samples of the products before committing to larger sizes. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We only allow refunds if the product is defective or damaged. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the order confirmation or proof of purchase, and we will require photos of the damaged or defective item.

On the rare occasion, we may request a damaged or defective product to be returned to us for inspection and research purposes. If we have determined that we will need to conduct such inspection, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us about the damaged or defective product will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
